Carlos Clemente is a member of the Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from American University and was a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his M.B.A. and B.A. from the University of Puerto Rico. He is based in Washington, DC.

Abigail Debold is a member of the Financial Restructuring Group. She earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School and her B.A. from Duke University. She is based in New York.

Nicholas Gonski is a member of the Alternative Investments Practice. He earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is based in New York.
