Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Lingar represents banks, direct lenders and other financial institutions in a broad range of US and international loan financing transactions, with a focus on acquisition financings. Her experience includes first and second lien financings, unitranche financings, loan commitments, bridge financings, asset-based lending transactions, recapitalizations, refinancing transactions and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Lingar earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia, where she was the editor-in-chief of the Virginia Sports & Entertainment Law Journal, and received a B.A. from Colby College.
