Jeff Meyers is an associate in the New York office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Alternative Investments Practice.

Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Meyer’s practice focuses on representation of lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border financing transactions. He has worked for a variety of clients on matters involving secured lending, asset-based loans and structured investments.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Meyers earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from New York Law School, where he also served as the Legal Scholarship Editor of the New York Law School Law Review, a Harlan Scholar affiliated with the Center for Business and Financial Law, and a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council. He is a recipient of the Professor Albert Kalter Award for Excellence in Tax Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Skidmore College.
