Daniele Sutto

Primary Focus & Experience

He has extensive experience advising many of the world’s leading international banks, alternative credit providers and financial sponsors in connection with their complex, cross-border financing transactions.

Daniele regularly represents clients throughout Asia and Europe and his expertise and practice spans across a wide range financing products, including acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate and syndicated lending mezzanine financing, margin loans, unitranche facilities, HYB and super senior RCF.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Before joining Milbank, Daniele was a managing associate in both the Hong Kong and Milan offices of a Magic Circle law firm and also completed secondments at two leading Italian investment banks.

He is a native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
