Asia is an important area of focus of the firm where we have represented clients for almost a century.  We cover the region through five active and integrated offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Seoul and Tokyo.  With an emphasis on cross border transactions, our practices include all types of financing transactions (including project finance, transportation finance and acquisition finance), financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity capital markets transactions.  Our team members have deep ties to the region, where each of our Asia-based partners have been based for over a decade.
