- Assisting the Canadian government in all its US dollar financing activity including SEC-registered offerings, credit facilities with US bank syndicates and the Canada Bills program
- Representing the Export Development Canada, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and others in all their respective securities activities throughout the US
- Helping the Ontario Securities Commission negotiate with the Securities and Exchange Commission to develop the Multijurisdictional Disclosure System with the US
