Milbank was the first international law firm to establish an office in Tokyo, 40 years ago. Our Japan team focuses on Project and Corporate Finance, Banking and Leveraged Finance with particular strength in strategic outbound M&A and project acquisitions. And from our Tokyo office, we’ve handled projects in North and South America, EMEA and across Asia, including Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Mongolia.
