Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Stone's practice includes a broad spectrum of representing lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross border financing transactions. He has worked for a variety of clients on matters in the structured finance space involving a diverse set of asset classes (including ABS and CLOs), secured lending, asset-backed loans and other bespoke and complex structured investments.
In addition, Mr. Stone has significant experience in various regulatory regimes applicable in the securitization space including US and EU/UK Risk Retention Rules.
Recognition and Accomplishments
Mr. Stone graduated cum laude from George Washington University Law School and was named valedictorian at SUNY College at Old Westbury. Mr. Stone also served as an editor for the Public Contracts Law Journal.
