Milbank LLP Structured Credit partner Alex Martin and special counsel Brett Stone and Martin Brennan will be speaking at Opal Group’s 2024 CLO Summit in Dana Point, California on December 5 and December 6, 2024.
Mr. Martin, who also spoke at Opal’s European CLO Summit in London, will speak on the “Understanding the European CLO Market” panel. Mr. Stone will be speaking on the “CLO Debt vs Equity Investors Roundtable” panel, and Mr. Brennan will be speaking on the “Private Credit CLOs: Exploring Evolving Possibilities” panel.
The CLO Summit, taking place December 4–6, 2024, is a forum for investors, issuers, underwriters, rating agencies, lawyers and accountants, covering the latest techniques to maximize returns and reduce risk exposure in the growing area of asset-backed finance, and providing an in-depth review of recent regulatory changes, rating agency methodology, legal, tax and structural considerations.
