Milbank LLP represented the arrangers and certain lenders in connection with acquisition financing for the acquisition by Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners of Cirion, Lumen Technologies, Inc.’s (NYSE: LUMN) Latin American business.
Through its extensive fiber network footprint, data centers and network assets throughout all major South American countries, Cirion aims to assist companies of Latin America’s major industries to meet their telecommunications infrastructure needs, including by leveraging its ongoing partnership with Lumen to help ensure a seamless global experience and continuous service to all of Cirion’s customers in the region.
