Vicky is special counsel in the Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group and has advised sponsors, borrowers and lenders on the development and financing of a broad range of international and cross-border projects across a variety of industry sectors, including telecommunications, power, water and oil and gas. Vicky regularly advises on multi-sourced financings involving export credit agencies, multi-laterals and development finance institutions.

Primary Focus & Experience
Recent representative matters include advising:
- seven ECAs (including KEXIM and K-sure), commercial banks, Islamic banks and the joint lead managers on the Sadara Integrated Chemicals Project in Saudi Arabia;
- the joint lead managers of the US$2bn project sukuk on the Sadara Integrated Chemicals Project;
- multiple ECAs and commercial banks for the financing of a nuclear power project in the UAE;
- O3b Networks Limited on its project financing of 12 medium orbit satellites;
- the lenders and hedge counterparties on the US$500m refinancing of an existing bridge loan for the development of the Tamar offshore gas field;
- commercial banks and ECAs on Reliance Industries Limited’s export credit agency financing programme for the expansion of its Jamnagar petrochemicals project; and
- the lenders on the financing of the US$920m Barka 1 10 MIGD desalination plant in Oman and advising the lenders on two subsequent expansion financings.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Vicky has co-authored a chapter on “Principal Loan Finance Documentation” in “International Project Finance – Law and Practice” published by Oxford University Press.
