Primary Focus & Experience
He specializes in German and European antitrust law, in particular in merger control procedures, cartel investigations and dominance cases before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office. In addition, he has extensive experience in matters of antitrust damages law, distribution law and compliance. He also regularly represents clients in foreign investment control proceedings and foreign subsidies proceedings.

Recognition & Accomplishments
He studied law at the University of Heidelberg, the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK) and the University of Munich and obtained his doctorate degree at the University of Zurich (Switzerland). He regularly serves as a lecturer at DAA (DeutscheAnwaltAkademie). Moritz Lichtenegger is admitted to the German bar and speaks German and English.
