Henry Morris

Primary Focus & Experience

Henry has experience acting for both sponsors and lenders on a variety of project, trade and acquisition finance matters across Europe, the Middle East and Asia in various sectors including renewables, oil and gas, conventional power, and technology. 

Henry’s recent experience includes advising:

• the lenders and agents in connection with on-going matters relating to the post-restructuring phase of the project financing for the USD 8.8 billion Ambatovy nickel and cobalt mine in Madagascar;
• the Sponsors, Total, ExxonMobil, Santos on the development of the Elk-Antelope gas field and associated Papua LNG project; and
• JBIC and Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation on the development financing of the Texas High Speed Rail Project.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Prior to joining Milbank, Henry worked as an associate in the London office of a major international firm.
