Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation (CREC)’s initial public offering was named 2024’s Best Mid-Cap Equity Deal of the Year at the Alpha Southeast Asia 18th Annual Deal & Solution, ESG and Transaction Banking Awards, held on February 12, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Milbank LLP advised the underwriters and bookrunners in connection with the IPO. CREC is a leading pure-play renewable energy platform and the second largest solar energy generator in terms of installed solar capacity in the Philippines.
