Milbank LLP advised in connection with United Airlines, Inc.’s (NASDAQ:UAL) offering of series 2024-1 class AA and class A pass-through enhanced equipment trust certificates (EETCs), rated at “AA” and “A,” respectively. Milbank represented the underwriters in the transaction, valued at approximately $1.3 billion.
