Joshua Forman

Primary Focus & Experience

Mr. Forman represents financial institutions, alternative lending platforms, aircraft leasing companies and investors in a wide range of domestic and international transactions including secured and syndicated bank lending, mergers and acquisitions, asset portfolio sales and acquisitions, domestic and cross-border operating leases, restructurings, workouts, securitizations, and structured financings. Mr. Forman has extensive experience in capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placement of securities (equipment notes, enhanced equipment trust certificates (EETCs), ABS), including securitizations of aircraft and engine secured loans and aircraft leases. Mr. Forman also regularly represents lenders in fund finance transactions involving business development companies, as well as financings for asset management companies and related structures.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Mr. Forman earned his J.D. from Georgetown Law School and received his B.A. from Duke University.
