Mr. Pascale’s practice is focused on representing investment banks, leasing companies, airlines, lenders, equity participants and hedge funds in connection with a broad range of transactions, including public and private debt securities offerings, securitizations, secured and unsecured lending, operating and finance leasing, acquisitions, and financial restructurings.
