Milbank LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with OneSky Flight, LLC’s offering of $550 million aggregate principal amount of its 8.875% senior notes due 2029. Founded in 1981, Directional Aviation’s OneSky Flight group is the parent of several leading private jet companies, including Flexjet, Sentient Jet, FXAir and PrivateFly.
