Milbank LLP advised a subsidiary of Mytilineos Energy & Metals, a global industrial and energy company at the forefront of the energy transition, in connection with the financing for the Willka, Doña Antonia, Tocopilla and Tamarico utility-scale solar projects, located in Chile.
