Milbank LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk’s offering of USD350 million 5.65% senior notes due 2035.
Cikarang Listrindo is the longest operating private power utility in Indonesia, with its operations commencing in 1993. Engaged in electricity generation and distribution, it owns and operates three power plants with a total combined installed generation capacity of 1,144 MW.
The Milbank team was led by partner Giles Kennedy and included partner Terry O’Donnell and associates Abril Kang and Kris Singh. All members of the Milbank team are based in the Singapore office.
