Milbank LLP represented the financing sources in connection with the acquisition of Broadcom Inc.’s End-User Computing Division (the “EUC Division”) by funds managed by KKR in a transaction valued at approximately $4 billion.
The EUC Division, now a standalone software company known as Omnissa, provides a suite of digital workspace solutions through products (including Horizon and Workspace ONE) that allow organizations to securely deliver and manage applications, desktops and data across any device or platform.
The Milbank deal team was led by New York-based Global Leveraged Finance partners Marcus Dougherty and Spencer Pepper, along with associates Natasha Graham, Adam Glynn and Joseph Principato.
