Milbank LLP represented certain financial institutions acting as lead arrangers and led by Goldman Sachs Bank USA (“Goldman Sachs”) and JPMorgan Chase Bank (“JPMorgan”) on a refinancing of Janus International’s (NYSE: JBI, “Janus”) term facility and placement of a new asset-based loan facility. Milbank was counsel to Goldman Sachs in its capacity as left lead arranger and as successor administrative agent in connection with a $625 million first lien term loan facility financing, and to JPMorgan as left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a new $125 million asset-based loan facility. Janus is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of turnkey solutions for self-storage, commercial and industrial buildings.
