- Lenders in connection with a $276m financing for an 84 MW hyperscale data center in Texas.
- Lenders in connection with a $360m senior facility for the development of a 64MW Data Center in California.
- MUFG in connection with a $193m financing for the development of a 74MW Solar Generation Facility in Florida.
- Lenders in connection with a $240mm financing for a portfolio of Community Solar and C&I Projects across the U.S.
- Lenders in connection with a $650m Holdco Refinancing of a portfolio of Solar, Wind, and BESS assets located in California and Texas.
- Lenders in connection with a $600m financing to support the development, construction and operation of a portfolio of Solar, BESS and Wind projects in Texas, California, New Mexico, Maine, Utah, Arizona, Virginia and Hawaii.
- Lenders in connection with a $130m financing to support the development of a 16MW hyperscale data center in Quebec.
- Purchasers in connection with a $125m US Private Placement in connection with the operation of two hydroelectric plants in Pennsylvania.
