Milbank LLP represented the arrangers in raising more than $2 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior secured credit facilities and the joint book-running managers in placing $700 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes, the proceeds of which were used, in part, by Cetera Financial Group to finance the acquisition of Avantax, Inc. and refinance existing debt.
