In this article, which follows in our series of biannual updates, we summarise some of the more noteworthy cases and updates from the last 6 months, including: the Law Commission’s review of the Arbitration Act 1996 (the “Act”); and the English Courts’ reluctance to overturn arbitral awards on the basis of challenges brought under, inter alia, ss.67 and 68 of the Act.
