Key experience includes:

• Acting for a FTSE 100-listed private equity and investment management firm, successfully defending claims against an investment vehicle brought by a co-investor in a high-profile shareholder dispute relating to a substantial investment in the technology sector (Maloney v Falcon VII Investment SARL [2025] EWHC 240 (Comm)). Cited by The Lawyer as one of the Top 20 cases of 2025. 
• Acting for a leading IT services provider in relation to outage issues arising out of a master services agreement and related statements of work.
• Acting for a South Asian government in High Court Proceedings in successfully resisting the recognition and enforcement of an over US$1 billion ICSID award arising from a power generation dispute.
• Acting for a leading international bank in defending a High Court claim brought by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on behalf of several failed US banks in relation to alleged infringements of competition law and misrepresentations arising out of the setting of USD LIBOR.
• Acting for a governmental export credit agency in High Court litigation arising out of the financing and leasing of an aircraft.
• Acting for a Qatari Respondent in an ICC arbitration construction dispute relating to delays and additional costs of US$200 million in a polysilicon plant.
• Acting for a US satellite operator in High Court proceedings concerning a US$80 million dispute over the provision of satellite services in Pakistan.
• Acting for an aircraft lessor in obtaining summary judgment in excess of US$30 million against an Asian airline in relation to disputes arising out of the leasing of an aircraft.
• Acting for an aircraft lessor in obtaining an interim injunction and summary judgment in excess of US$45 million against an Asian airline in relation to disputes arising out of the leasing of an aircraft.
• Acting for a leading IT service provider in relation to disputes arising out of a master services agreement and related statement of work for the provision of an online shopping platform.
