Primary Focus & Experience
He advises on all questions of German and European competition law as well as foreign investment regulations. This includes national and international merger control and foreign investment review proceedings, cartel investigations, cooperation and distribution agreements as well as general competition law compliance.
Reecognition & Accomplishments
Prior to joining Milbank, Martin worked for several years at a leading international law firm in Frankfurt, Brussels and Washington and gained practical experience at the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission. He studied law at the University of Heidelberg and at King's College London (LL.M.). Martin is admitted to the German bar and speaks German, English and Hungarian.
