Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Wolf’s litigation practice focuses on a wide range of complex commercial and financial restructuring matters. She has experience representing debtors, creditors’ committees, lenders, funds, and other entities in restructuring matters, both in and out of court. Ms. Wolf has also represented clients in white collar criminal and regulatory matters and internal investigations.
Ms. Wolf maintains an active and diverse pro bono practice involving, among other matters, immigration issues, civil rights issues, and First Amendment litigation.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Wolf received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as executive editor of the Virginia Law Review.
Ms. Wolf has won Milbank’s Pro Bono Achievement award six times and is on the DC Bar’s pro bono honor roll.
