Primary Focus & Experience

Josh specializes in private equity (infrastructure) and M&A, where he advises leading private equity funds and major corporates on a range of cross-border acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and general corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on real assets (i.e. infrastructure, energy, real estate, natural resources, etc).

Recognition & Accomplishments

Prior to joining Milbank, Josh was part of a market-leading private equity team in his previous law firm, focusing on infrastructure asset investment.

Josh is a graduate of Monash University where he was awarded Honors in Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Asian studies.
