Desiree has extensive project development and financing experience in Asia, the US and Latin America. In Asia, she has advised project sponsors and lenders in data center, renewable energy, conventional power, non-ferrous metal refinery, LNG, petrochemical, telecom, satellite, mining and other projects in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, Lao, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bangladesh and Korea.

She is listed by IFLR1000 as a “Highly Regarded” lawyer for Banking, Project Development and Project Finance in Hong Kong. Desiree has been listed as a leading project finance lawyer by Who's Who Legal, selected by Asia Law & Practice as a leading lawyer in their Guide to Asia’s Leading Lawyers.

Desiree reads and writes Chinese and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese dialects. She is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and she is admitted in California.
