His experience includes advising:
- Athens International Airport S.A. as issuer of over €1.1 billion bond loans made available to it for the management and operation of Athens International Airport. National Bank of Greece S.A. acted as, amongst other roles, underwriters and mandated lead arrangers.
- Bank of America, JP Morgan, and Wells Fargo as tax equity investors in the $1 billion USD financing of the 800MW Vineyard Wind Project – a first of its kind offshore utility scale wind project in the United States.
- MUFG, SocGen and ING in the debt financing of the 125-mile 500 kV Ten West Link Project - a High Voltage Alternating Current Transmission Line bringing renewable energy from Arizona to California.
- Enfinity Global Inc, as sponsor, in connection with the €500 million HoldCo financing of its portfolio of solar panel projects in Italy. The facility includes an accordion tranche which allows the entire financing to be increased up to €800 million, making it one of the largest financings of its type in the European market.
- The lenders in connection with the financing of a blue hydrogen production and carbon capture and storage for low-carbon methanol production project in North America.
- JBIC, NEXI and the commercial banks in connection with the 262.5MW Gulf of Suez I BOO Wind Project in Egypt.
- The National Bank of Greece S.A. and Piraeus Bank S.A in connection with the provision of financing to Hellas Gold Single Member S.A., for the development of the Skouries mining project in Northern Greece.
- Various lenders and investors in the financing of over two dozen utility scale solar, wind and battery storage projects across the United States.
