Ms. Hudon’s practice focuses on antitrust law, including the review of mergers and acquisitions by the US Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, and international authorities. She also counsels clients on antitrust compliance and regulatory issues.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Hudon received her J.D., cum laude, from University of Michigan Law School, and served as executive editor of the Michigan Law Review. Prior to attending law school, she was a high school science teacher in Idaho through the Teach for America program. Her B.A. is from Washington & Jefferson College, where she graduated cum laude.
