SLB (NYSE: SLB) has announced a definitive agreement to acquire ChampionX Corporation (NASDAQ: CHX) in an all-stock transaction. Under the terms of the agreement, ChampionX shareholders will receive 0.735 shares of SLB common stock in exchange for each ChampionX share.
Milbank LLP represents SLB in the transaction as antitrust counsel with a team led by partners Adam Di Vincenzo and Fiona Schaeffer. Milbank’s antitrust team also includes special counsel Dan Rosenthal and associate Alix Hudon. Partner John Beahn is also advising SLB on CFIUS matters.
