Our Appellate practice handles appeals on a vast array of subjects, including securities, privacy, employment, corporate, constitutional, financial services, labor, criminal, antitrust, intellectual property, bankruptcy, and product liability law. It is led by Neal Katyal, former Acting Solicitor General of the United States, who has argued more than fifty cases before the United States Supreme Court. Our attorneys argue cases in federal and state courts of appeals across the country, but they also get involved in our clients’ matters at earlier phases, working hand-in-hand with trial teams to ensure legal strategy is built with possible appellate issues in mind from the start.
