Milbank LLP Singapore-based special counsel Andrew Gibb spoke at Singapore Management University’s 2024 Sustainable Finance in Action program on November 26. Mr. Gibb was invited to discuss blended transition finance and the challenges surrounding the Monsoon Wind Power Project, a groundbreaking transaction on which Milbank advised, garnering global recognition and numerous accolades.
Mr. Gibb has extensive experience in energy and infrastructure projects and project financings. He has advised lenders, export credit agencies, multilateral institutions, government agencies, developers and contractors on transactions in a broad range of countries and sectors.
The Singapore Management University Sustainable Finance in Action program is a four-day advanced course designed to equip industry participants and leaders with further expertise in key areas such as green financing, transition financing, biodiversity financing and blended financing.
