Milbank LLP Structured Credit partners Sean M. Solis and Jared Axelrod and special counsels Brett Stone and Martin Brennan will be speaking at the Opal Group’s 2023 CLO Summit in Dana Point, California on Monday, December 4, 2023.
Mr. Solis, who leads Milbank’s global Structured Credit Practice and is Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Alternative Investments Practice, will speak on the “Opportunities in Middle Market CLOs, Private Credit & Direct Lending” panel. Mr. Axelrod will be speaking on the “The Art of the Deal: Deal Restructuring & Work Outs” panel, Mr. Stone will be speaking on the “Navigating the Legal & Regulatory Environment” panel and Mr. Brennan will be speaking on the “Japanese Investor Considerations” panel.
The CLO Summit is an educational forum designed for investors, issuers, underwriters, rating agencies, lawyers and accountants, with information on the latest techniques to maximize returns and reduce risk exposure in this growing area of Asset-Backed Finance. An in-depth review of recent regulatory changes in addition to rating agency methodology, legal, tax and structural considerations will provide attendees with the tools necessary to stay one step ahead of their competitors. The conference will be held from December 3–5, 2023.
