Milbank LLP acted as lead counsel to Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent and collateral agent, and the joint lead arrangers, joint bookrunners and co-managers, in each case, in connection with the refinancing and maturity extension of Inmarsat plc’s (“Inmarsat”) existing revolving credit facility and a majority of Inmarsat’s existing term loan facility.

The company operates 15 satellites and has 40 years of experience in designing, launching and operating satellite-based networks.
