Milbank Partners Kamal Nesfield, Alex Romain to Speak at Elevating Black Excellence Summit

Milbank LLP partners Kamal Nesfield and Alex Romain will speak at the Elevating Black Excellence Summit on May 12.

Mr. Nesfield, a partner in the firm’s Leveraged Finance Group in New York, will discuss the latest trends and hot-button issues in the large-cap leveraged and syndicated loan market. Mr. Romain, a partner in Milbank’s Litigation and Arbitration Group in Los Angeles and a leading national trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, will review the latest trends in class action litigation.

The full-day virtual event will showcase the talents of Black attorneys before an audience of influential in-house counsel, spotlighting several fundamental practice areas, including commercial transactions, compliance and investigations, corporate governance, energy policy, enforcement trends, fintech, labor and employment, litigation, privacy and data protection, supply chain, and trade policy.
