Milbank LLP Singapore-based partner Jacqueline Chan will speak on a panel discussion titled “Maximising Value in Distressed M&A Transactions: Strategies and Best Practice” at the INSOL International Seoul Seminar on October 7.
Distressed companies are often confronted by challenges such as high debt burdens, shrinking revenues, operational obstacles and financial concerns. The panel will address several of these issues, including legal and financial considerations in distressed M&A; strategies for effective stakeholder communication; the crucial role of advisors in driving successful outcomes; the impact of bankruptcy proceedings on M&A transactions; and methods to unlock and maximise value from distressed assets.
