Milbank Elects Erwin Dweck and Andrew Leblanc to Executive Committee

Milbank LLP is pleased to announce that Erwin Dweck and Andrew Leblanc have been elected to the firm’s Executive Committee, effective August 8, 2023, joining Chairman Scott A. Edelman and partners Dan Bartfeld, Dennis Dunne, Suhrud Mehta and Atara Miller.

The Executive Committee is charged with the management of the firm, including overseeing firm standards for client service, quality of legal services, civic responsibility, diversity, equity and inclusion, and professional development. The Committee is also responsible for managing change in a rapidly moving business environment and during challenging times, which Milbank has done successfully since its founding.

Mr. Leblanc is recognized as one of the country’s leading lawyers for bankruptcy litigation by Chambers and named one of the “Top 10 Bankruptcy Practitioners in America” and as the “Bankruptcy Lawyer of the Year” in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022 by Benchmark Litigation.
