Min Kim practices corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance. He advises companies and investors in complex acquisitions, investments, financings, joint ventures, restructurings and other transactions across a wide range of sectors and industries, including banking, healthcare, food and beverage, technology, telecommunication, conventional and renewable power, and oil and gas.
Rosaline Yusman focuses her practice on project finance, acting for both borrowers and lenders on a range of project finance and general corporate financing transactions. She is experienced in numerous major power and energy projects and has extensive experience involving major regional export credit agencies and development finance institutions on complex project financing transactions in the region.
In addition, Milbank is included in the ALB list of Asia’s Top 50 International Law Firms.
