Milbank LLP Antitrust partner Richard Parker will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Law Section’s Global Seminar Series in Seoul on December 12, 2024.
Mr. Parker is a speaker on the “A New Era for Antitrust Enforcement in US and EU” panel. Panelists will discuss how recent political events, including the US presidential election and proposed leadership changes at the European Commission, could shape antitrust policies in the US and EU, as well as a potential implications for global antitrust enforcement.
