Milbank LLP advised Fanalca and Transdev in connection with the local currency equivalent of approximately $150 million financing for the Green Móvil project. The project is comprised of 406 electric buses and the associated support infrastructure for two SPVs jointly owned by Fanalca and Transdev. With this new addition of electric buses, TransMilenio’s fleet of electric busses will be the largest electric bus fleet in Latin America.
The Milbank team was led by Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance partner Jaime Ramirez along with associate Natalia Rodriguez-Pastrana and international attorney Alexandra Costa.
