Milbank LLP advised HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. as initial purchasers in connection with the offering by Multibank Inc., of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 7.750% Senior Notes due 2028. Multibank is a Panamanian bank.
The Milbank deal team was led by Marcelo Mottesi, chair of Milbank’s Global Capital Markets practice and co-head of the firm’s Latin America Group, along with associates Gonzalo Guitart, Alyssa Julian and Wilson Carneiro. The team also included Tax partner Andrew Walker and special counsel Craig Cohen with associate Anne-Sophie Tomé.
