Milbank LLP advised the financing parties in connection with the $980 million financing for a portfolio of energy assets in Chile by Generadora Metropolitana, an energy generation company owned by EDF and AME.
The Milbank team was led by partners Jaime Ramirez and Dan Bartfeld, along with associates Jeeseon Ahn, Cathy Zhu, and Chloe Kim.
