Milbank LLP has advised the financial investor LEA Partners on the acquisition of all shares in TAIFUN Software AG and the cooperation with German software providers M-Soft and PinnCalc. TAIFUN Software AG was founded in 1987 in Hannover, Germany, and has around 150 employees today, mostly at its headquarters in Hannover, Germany. TAIFUN Software AG develops commercial software solutions primarily in the sector of craftsmanship.
The cooperation with the German software providers M-Soft and Pinncalc covers all business segments and allows the Group to provide commercial software solutions to more than 15,000 customer businesses and more than 100,000 craftsmen. Customer systems associated with the Group generate a sales volume of more than €10 billion per year.
