Andreas advises in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions with a particular focus on private equity transactions.
Recognition & Accomplishments
He studied law at the University of Mannheim (Germany), the University of Toronto (Canada) as well as the University of Chicago and is, inter alia, a former Foundation of German Business (sdw) scholarship holder. As part of his training, he gained practical experience at international law firms in Germany as well as in Toronto (Canada) and London (UK). In addition to his work at Milbank, he is a lecturer at the University of Mannheim.
Andreas is admitted to the German bar and speaks German and English.
