Milbank LLP advised the initial purchasers, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, in connection with Amwins Group, Inc.’s offering of $750,000,000 of senior secured notes. The notes are secured by certain subsidiaries that also collateralize Amwins’ credit facilities.
Amwins is a leading global specialty insurance distributor and the largest US P&C wholesale insurance broker.
