Milbank LLP represented the financing sources in connection with the debt financing of the acquisition of the North America Composites & Fuel Containment Division of Parker Hannifin Corporation.
The business, which has been renamed Axillon Aerospace, is a leading provider of engineered carbon fiber composite components and fuel containment solutions for the defense and commercial aerospace markets.
