Milbank LLP represented the joint lead arrangers in the negotiation of debt financing commitments in connection with KKR’s bid to acquire Simon & Schuster, as well as in the resulting syndication and closing of an approximately $1 billion term loan facility.
Simon & Schuster is one of the largest and most prestigious publishing houses in the United States, publishing authors such as Stephen King, Janet Evanovich and Bob Woodward.
